Answer the three obvious questions.
What do you do? Where do you work? How does someone get a quote? Put the answers where a visitor can find them without scrolling through your whole history. A headline about your actual trade beats a slogan that could belong to any business.
Show the work you can stand behind.
Use your own project photos and customer feedback you have permission to share. Explain the kind of work shown. Stock photography can illustrate a trade, but it should not stand in for a project you claim to have completed.
Keep the request simple.
Ask for the information needed to start a useful conversation. Make the phone number easy to tap and the form comfortable to use on a small screen. Tell the customer what happens after they send it. Then make sure that is what really happens.
Follow the request all the way through.
Submit a test inquiry from your phone. Does the confirmation appear? Who gets notified? Where is the conversation stored? What happens when the person replies? Check that the request reaches someone who can answer it. A confirmation on the screen does not mean your team has followed up.
