This is a private review of a proposed website and service offering. It is not a purchase agreement or an active messaging subscription. The message examples are illustrative and send no texts.

Before service begins, the written agreement must define scope, pricing, usage charges, billing start, cancellation, ownership and support. The SMS program must identify the business, message purposes, frequency, rates, HELP contact, STOP instructions and applicable consent choices.
